The future of our design sprints
If you're not familiar, "design sprints" can be done on any topic, marketing, tech or people as much as interface design. The output is often simple mockups and validated ideas that can serve as foundations for upcoming efforts.
This change would bring a more precise schedule, allow for varied groups with people from any team/squad able to be mixed, remove the fear of not shipping or taking days out of the cycle, and make innovation a shared responsibility across the team.
